About: Blackrock Muniyield Pennsylvania Quality Fund is a closed-end fund with an investment objective to provide shareholders with as high a level of current income exempt from U.S. federal and Pennsylvania income taxes as is consistent with its investment policies and prudent investment management. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, as a fundamental policy, at least 80% of an aggregate of the Fund's net assets and the proceeds of any borrowings for investment purposes, in a portfolio of municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of the State of Pennsylvania, its political subdivisions, agencies, and instrumentalities and by other qualifying issuers.
