Dividends Over Drama: Here's What Smart Money Is Buying
The "cash trap" isn't a trap at all. It's a strategic advantage. With trillions in money market funds, many investors are waiting for the right time to deploy capital. In volatile markets, a smart strategy is to buy the dip, especially for those holding cash reserves. Investors should focus on long-term growth, avoiding impulsive moves. Opportunistic plays, including resilient dividend stocks and investment-grade bonds, remain attractive. Even with market uncertainty, there are solid opportunities for growth.

My Worst Week Ever - And The 4 Dividend Stocks I'm Buying Now
Last week, I experienced my worst portfolio performance yet, dropping from a +7% return to -7%. Despite this, I'm still outperforming the market by 700 basis points. Though macroeconomic risks have increased, I believe the current volatility is temporary. I remain confident, with a sizable cash position, and continue to look for buying opportunities. In volatile markets, I avoid panic-selling and instead focus on acquiring quality stocks at discounted prices. This strategy aligns with my long-term dividend growth goals.

2 Of My Parents' All-Time Favorite Retirement Stocks
Investing for retirement is complex, requiring careful planning beyond just picking stocks. Unexpected life changes, market risks, and inflation add to the challenge. A strong strategy balances income and growth, adjusting allocations over time. My parents' portfolio reflects this approach, blending stability with long-term potential. Two key stocks in their portfolio provide income and growth, one is high-yielding, and one is a balanced compounder. Both are carefully chosen for reliability and resilience.

My Dividend Stock Portfolio: New February Dividend Record - 100 Holdings With 11 Buys
February investments fell below $1,000, mainly in BDCs like Owl Rock Capital and Ares Capital, boosting annual dividend income by $77. Dividend income hit a new February record of $505, up 5% Y/Y driven by organic dividend growth. Focus remains firmly on maintaining rising BDC dividends and achieving a monthly increase of at least $100 in dividend income.

Dividends Are The Future - Why I'm Betting Big On These Value Plays
I expect a market rotation from growth to value stocks, driven by inflation stability, fading AI tailwinds, and attractive valuations in value sectors. Dividend stocks, especially in energy and REITs, offer diversification and strong risk/reward potential, with consistent cash flow and growth opportunities. While risks like rate cuts or a recession exist, my picks are positioned to perform well even if growth outperforms.
