About: ASML is the leader in photolithography systems used in the manufacturing of semiconductors. Photolithography is the process in which a light source is used to expose circuit patterns from a photo mask onto a semiconductor wafer. The latest technological advances in this segment allow chipmakers to continually increase the number of transistors on the same area of silicon, with lithography historically representing a high portion of the cost of making cutting-edge chips. ASML outsources the manufacturing of most of its parts, acting like an assembler. ASML's main clients are TSMC, Samsung, and Intel.

ASML: I'm Buying Hand Over Fist (Rating Upgrade)
I am upgrading ASML to a "strong buy" due to renewed strength in net bookings and earnings, despite previous concerns about revenue growth. ASML's recent quarterly report showed a 170% surge in net bookings and impressive gains in net sales and profits, outperforming expectations. Despite higher valuations compared to peers, ASML's stock has found support near $650, with bullish technical indicators suggesting limited downside risk.

3 AI Giants Well-Positioned to Bounce Back Stronger After The Nasdaq Correction
After many artificial intelligence (AI) companies recently led the Nasdaq Composite (^IXIC -2.70%) into correction territory, it's time to start thinking about what will happen next. Many are worried that an economic slowdown triggered by unknowns around tariffs could slow AI investments and hurt many of these companies.

ASML: The Most Predictable Winner In The AI War
Price Target: $923 per share with an 2 year IRR of 14%. ASML owns a structural monopoly in the lithography market, with substantial organic growth, pricing power, and %ROIC. Whilst data center, chips, and application could get commoditized, ASML remains to be an indispensable backbone of the AI revolution.

ASML: Don't Let This Buying Opportunity Go To Waste
ASML investors have remained resolute through the recent market selloff, demonstrating their conviction in the semiconductor leader. President Trump's reciprocal tariffs and industry-specific add-ons could impinge on ASML's outlook, so we cannot underplay these risks. Yet, ASML's battered valuation suggests the market isn't foolish, reflecting these headwinds into its thesis.

ASML: The Market's Pessimism Gives A Massive Opportunity
I reiterate my "Buy" rating on ASML stock due to its monopoly in EUV lithography and strong growth prospects driven by AI demand. ASML's Q4 results exceeded expectations, with €9.3 billion in sales and a €36 billion order backlog, indicating strong future revenue growth. Despite cyclical risks and geopolitical uncertainties, ASML's valuation is attractive at a 28% discount to its 10-year average EV/EBITDA.

ASML: The Key Bottleneck In The Global Semiconductor Supply Chain
ASML is the only supplier of EUV lithography machines in the world today. The company also dominates in DUV lithography, with market shares of ~90%. Lithography machines typically represent between 20% and 25% of a new foundry's construction costs, and their useful lives are generally measured in decades. The ongoing remodelling of the semiconductor supply chain could act as a tailwind for ASML. The construction of new foundries translates into demand for new lithography machines.
