About: GE Aerospace is the global leader in designing, manufacturing, and servicing large aircraft engines, along with partner Safran in their CFM joint venture. With its massive global installed base of nearly 70,000 commercial and military engines, GE Aerospace earns most of its profits on recurring service revenue of that equipment, which operates for decades. GE Aerospace is the remaining core business of the company formed in 1892 with historical ties to American inventor Thomas Edison; that company became a storied conglomerate with peak revenue of $130 billion in 2000. GE spun off its appliance, finance, healthcare, and wind and power businesses between 2016 and 2024.

Buckle Up Buttercup: My Warning To Dividend Investors
The Fed's recent rate cut and upward revision of future rate expectations confirm my concerns about persistent above-average inflation and geopolitical risks. Market volatility has increased, signaling a growing acceptance of "higher for longer" rates, impacting long-term borrowing costs and economic stability. Despite economic uncertainty, I see opportunities for prudent investors and will provide more investment ideas in the coming days and months. Stay tuned!

GE Aerospace: Surging Free Cash Flow Makes This A Top Stock, And I Am Buying
GE Aerospace stock has declined nearly 9% due to concerns over potential government spending cuts, but the company has low defense exposure. EBITDA estimates show minor downward revisions, with annual growth expected at 8.3%, an improvement from earlier estimates. Free cash flow projections have been slightly reduced, but still indicate strong shareholder returns through dividends and share repurchases.

General Electric, Spin-Offs, And Dividends
Since the spin-off on March 27, GEV is the second best performing stock in the S&P 500 with a 161.9% gain. On a relative strength basis, spin-offs were actually outperforming the broader market throughout 2014 into 2017, but the trend has shifted out of favor in the past several years.

GE Vernova: Valued Like The Magnificent 7, Delivering Like An Industrial
GE Vernova's valuation is excessively high, trading at ~3x revenue, despite modest revenue growth and low profit margins, making it overvalued compared to peers. The wind turbine segment struggles with profitability and faces intense competition, particularly from low-cost Chinese manufacturers, casting doubt on future margins. Medium-term prospects are supported by strong order intake and a growing backlog, especially in gas power for AI data centers, but long-term headwinds are expected.
