SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Victory Portfolios II today announced plans to liquidate the VictoryShares US Discovery Enhanced Volatility Wtd ETF (CSF), VictoryShares US Small Cap Volatility Wtd ETF (CSA), and VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ETF (MDCP) (the “Funds”).
