About: Sirius XM operates almost exclusively in the US through its SiriusXM and Pandora audio services. SiriusXM is primarily a satellite radio service, which offers nationwide coverage and mostly ad-free listening, with proprietary channels and exclusive content. It makes agreements with automakers to install its radios in vehicles and give trial services to vehicle buyers, which have traditionally fed its subscriber base. The company operates the service through a handful of geostationary satellites that it owns and operates, but it now offers a streaming SiriusXM option as well. Pandora, which makes up a much smaller portion of revenue and profit, offers a subscription and ad-supported streaming music service that competes with industry giants like Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube Music.

Sirius XM Holdings: What Is Berkshire Hathaway Thinking?
Berkshire Hathaway has been increasing its position in Sirius XM Holdings, sparking debate among investors about the wisdom of investing in a satellite radio company. The bull case highlights SIRI's reasonable valuation, potential for significant free cash flow improvement, and the stickiness of its customer base despite streaming competition. Sirius XM's management is cutting costs and investing in growth initiatives like an online streaming service to attract younger subscribers, aiming for $1.8B in free cash flow.

Sirius XM: Investors Should Listen To The Strong Technicals And Attractive Valuation
The technicals are strong for Sirius XM Holdings, as the vast majority of indications and signals point towards further strength. The latest results were slightly mixed, with revenue growth being weak, but 2025 full-year guidance was promising. After evaluating the P/S and P/FCF ratios, the stock seems undervalued at current levels as the major improvements in FCF growth are not reflected.

Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.A -0.33%) (BRK.B -0.19%) has a stock portfolio worth about $300 billion, with many of its positions selected by legendary investor Warren Buffett himself. To be fair, there's a solid long-term investment case to be made for most, if not all, of them.

Warren Buffett Isn't Buying Many Stocks These Days – But He Can't Get Enough of This One
It's no big secret that Warren Buffett has been a net seller of stocks recently. Thanks to several massive stock sales, and a few smaller ones, Berkshire Hathaway's (BRK.A 0.50%) (BRK.B 0.52%) cash stockpile has ballooned to $325 billion as of the most recent quarter, far more than the conglomerate has ever had on hand before.
